Q: What is your role?
A: We are both manufacturer of medical devices, specialize in Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor.
Q: When are you established and where are you located?
A: Our company was established in 1991 and in this business for r almost 30 years. Our manufacturing plant in Shenzhen, China and we also have office in Hong Kong.
Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes both OEM & ODM are welcome.
Q: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: Lead time is 1-3 working days for in-stock samples and 14 working days for preparing non-stock samples. Production lead time depends on order quantity, approximately 50 working days upon receive of deposit payment.
Q: Are there any MOQ? If so, what is the quantity?
A: Yes, there's MOQ 1000pcs for standard packing and 3000pcs for OEM. Please contact us for details.
Q: What measures are taken regarding quality control of product?
A:1) AQL inpection for each incoming material parts
2) 100% online QC during producton process
3) AQL inspection after production completed and before delivery/shipment.
4) Skillful and well-trained experienced workers are assigned in for production.
5) Automatic and semi automatic production machine are employ during production process.
6) 30 years design and production experience ensure our products finished at a high and stable qualiy level. 7) As an experienced manufacturer, a stable quality is also as important as a high quality level.
Q: How are quality complaints being treated?
A: GRANDWAY guarantees our products to be free from defects on materials and workmanship caused by our manufacturing process for 12 months from the date of shipment. If defects are found due to the above reasons, customer may return the defective units to GRANDWAY for repair or replacement at GRANDWAY option. Each party will bear one way shipping cost. Most important is we value our customer relationship and ensure quality standard of our product, most important is we valued our customer's business.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alibaba secure payment also available. New customers T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.
